Hey, Seasoned Gardeners.
Even if you’re the person everyone else consults about gardening questions, I hope to inspire you to deepen your relationship with your food and seasons. Maybe you’re ready to add an orchard. Or you’re curious about building a root cellar. Excited to try growing unique vegetables and flowers. Or you’re eager to level up your flower interplantings. Perhaps it’s time to implement low tunnels in spring to get a huge jump on your season. I hope you’ll keep me company, in this community, and we can inspire and teach one another.
Grow Something New
I’m always pushing what can be grown in my zone, craving the pride and joy of successfully growing uncommon produce that defies my cold zone (USDA zone 4). I’ve used what I’ve learned along the way and built easy to use grow guides. What have you always wanted to try?

Change Things Up
You already know how to grow these veggies, so here are some of my recommended varieties, and why I love them.
Build your perennial garden
Establishing perennial fruits and vegetables is the ultimate act of succession planting, doling harvests out over many months, weeks, and years as various fruits mature across the seasons. Learn how to get started and maintain your plantings with these posts:

I update my blog 3-5 times a week with what’s happening in my garden process. I’ll post growing guides, recipes, and other how to’s, plus garden musings. Just reading the blog in real time is a great place to start.
You can also search for something specific you want to learn about, like celery, by typing it into the search bar, or checking out my growing guides.
Get some one on one time
I love talking to people about their gardens. If you’d like some specific advice or have specific questions, I’d recommend subscribing to Seed to Fork, you’ll get access to more posts, guides and recipes as well as our garden community forum, where you can ask me questions. Or, book a one on one with me, and for 30 minutes, we’ll talk face to face online about your garden journey.
